Even for us tarot-reading, crystal-collecting, daily meditation-practice types, life can seem to fly by. Think of yourself as your own parent, or your own best friend. Set aside un-interrupted alone time with yourself to do a ‘Soul Check-in.’

What exactly is a ‘Soul Check-in’? I made a video about this concept earlier this week. Basically, it’s sacred time for self-reflection. I created this Soul-inspired worksheet to use for myself, and I want to share it with you for free. Inspired by the structure of a tarot deck, this PDF guides you to examine different areas of your life. You can type right into the worksheet and save your responses – how cool is that?

Right click here and select ‘save as’ to download.

You can do this as often as you like – I think at least once a year is ideal. This year, I chose my birthday. You might also want to integrate tarot – drawing a random card to prompt your response for each of the questions.

This exercise will help you to be more aware and alert. You’ll gain clarity. You’ll free up the energy that you need to live consciously, instead of getting stuck on auto-pilot. Let time slow down. Listen to what is in your heart, mind and spirit. Be present with yourself and dig deep.
